Ozzie Pozzie Backpackers 

I booked in at Ozzie Pozzie for one night, but ended up staying three. It's one of the cleanest hostels I've stayed at, and the facilities are great. There's free internet, free pool table and free air hockey, a good sized TV lounge with cable TV on a wide screen and a swimming pool. Everyone gets together in the courtyard in the evenings, which is great for a solo traveller like myself - it made meeting people so much easier. I will definitely stop back here on my way back down the coast.

Administration were rude and uninformative. As a traveller, it is easy for plans to change. Ozzie Pozzie is very inflexible, and does not have a percentage charge rate for not staying. Instead, we were hit with a $111 fine for cancelling a booking for 1 night.
We booked less than 24 hours before we were due to stay so there rule of "24 hour cancellation" could not even apply to us, and even though we asked specifically if it was okay if we could cancel if we needed to (we were assured), we were not informed about the massive fee. If we had known, we would not have stayed as like many travellers we do not have that kind of money to fork out.
Make sure you get them to spell out the terms and conditions because they catch you out. They said they were turning people away for the beds we booked, yet they still charged us.
My advice though is keep driving.
