The Award Winning Pet Porpoise Pool was established in Coffs Harbour in 1970 and is home to dolphins, including baby dolphin Bella, and Seals.
Over the years we have been showing off the extraordinary talents and playfulness of these unique animals while offering interactive daily Shows for people who want to do more than just watch marine mammals in action.
Children and adults can touch our dolphins; get kissed by our friendly seals, feed the penguins, as well as other animals that call the park home.
The popular daily shows feature our dolphins & playful sea lions that enjoy delighting the audience with the antics. The smaller sea lions balance balls, do remarkable fin stands and ride skateboards with a light-hearted commentary subtly providing interesting educational information.
Further Information
The experience and knowledge of the dedicated marine life staff is well recognised and assures an excellent standard of care and well being for the park animals. All of our animals have either been rescued or born here at the Pet Porpoise Pool and cannot be released back into the wild. We provide an interactive opportunity not found anywhere in the world, and a memory that will last forever.
Special Features
We offer a Pat N Play activity in the water with our Dolphins; we offer this several times a week throughout the year. Kangaroos, peacocks, emus, cockatoos and other tame native fauna, occasionally some orphaned from the wild and undergoing rehabilitation, reside near the picnic tables.
