Executive Villas Jesmond 

Firstly, make sure you are staying where you think you are staying, not at another location. This happened to me. I had 3 children with me at the time. We checked in and were then given directions to another site. This was nowhere near where I wanted to be. It was substandard accommodation, with someone's underwear still hanging in the cupboard. Not appropriate for a family. After a long discussion with the main reception, we were moved back to the original accommodation.

We were put in a room (very acceptable, which is what I paid for) at the front of the complex on the main road, with the spotlights on our room all night. Considering the kids were in Newcastle to dance at a major school production the kids did not get a lot of sleep, nor did I.

I would not stay there again and I would not recommend this property to any of my family & friends. I found the main gentleman in charge of this property to be rude and unhelpful.

My wife and myself stayed in a deluxe spa apartment at the Executive Villas and we found that it was the best valued motel that we have stayed in. We have paid three times the amount of money for something of less standard.
