Blackalls Park is located on the western side of Lake Macquarie, near Fassifern and Toronto.

In 1891, a tramway between Fassifern and Toronto opened, running through Blackalls Park. This became a rail service, and brought many people through this once bustling area. The town was once known for farming and broom making. Blackalls Park said to have a beautiful view, small creeks also are found near the lake. It is currently a sleepy fishing village perfect for a quiet and lazy holiday.
