0 reviews | Write a review

Mount View is located west of Bellbird and just minutes south west of Cessnock.

Mount View has some of the best scenery and lookouts over the Hunter Valley. A tourist destination close to Pokolbin State Forest, this area is some of the most pristine and relaxing places in all of the Hunter Valley.

Mt View is home to some of the best wines produced in the Valley. The history of the Mt View area dates back to the mid 1800s when pioneers realised the quality of Mount View climate, soil and temperature for viticultural pursuits. The small, predominately family operated wineries and vineyards in the region provide true hospitality.

  • Bushwalking
  • Hiking and mountain climbing
  • Wine tasting
  • Scenic drives and flights
