Fairview Wines is a boutique vineyard in the Hunter Valley Wine Region. Fairview has spectacular views to the Mountain Range at Stanhope.

The cellar door is located adjacent to the vineyard, and is home to the Red Gum Bar. Group tasting sessions are available, and they also cater to functions.

The vineyard has 6 acres under vine and 3 acres of olives. Fairview offers a number of award-winning wine varieties, including Shiraz, Semillon, Saignee and Dolcezza Mia.

Further Information

Wines are hand made by the renowned and highly successful winemaker, Rhys Eather from fruit grown on the Fairview Wines vineyard. All grapes are all picked by hand.
