BY CAR, Follow F3 freeway to Maitland. Follow signs to Dungog. Alternatively follow Pacific Highway to Bucketts Way turnoff and follow the signs to Gloucester. Barrington Tops is equally accesible fromt the other side where Scone and other Upper Hunter Valley townships lie. Just travel west.
BY COACH, Countrylink bus services to Gloucester weekdays.
BY PLANE, Newcastle Airport is approximately 1 hour from the start of the Barrington Tops.
BY RAIL, Cityrail provides a rail service 3 times daily, plus two Countrylink XPT services stopping at Dungog.
