Family activities take in the Farm Tours where both children and adults can come into contact with the goats, pigs chickens and ducks or catch a fish from the dam.

Known for its clean, green image, Gloucester is home to Barrington Beef, Barrington Perch and many other alternative types of farming activities. There are three licensed clubs special where entertainment is often scheduled and almost every palate is catered for in the extensive choice of eating houses and dining outlets.

Gloucester hosts a variety of events among which are the Shakespeare on Avon Festival, the Blackmore’s Mountain Man Tri Challenge, The Gloucester Ceilidh, Rodeos and Country Music camps. Community markets are held on the Saturday of each long weekend.
