Stretching for approximately 6km, Tuggerah Beach is one of the longest on the Central Coast.
This secluded beach is hidden alongside the North Entrance Beach and surrounded by Wyrrabalong National Park, making it also one of the most scenic.
Tuggerah beach is not patrolled and as it is quite open, swimming is not recommended. From this, it is not surprising that Tuggerah Beach is mostly frequented by local fishermen and local surfers keen to catch a good swell.
Access to the beach is only by car as there is no public transport. There is ample parking, but access roads to the beach are hidden and difficult to find, although as far as beauty goes the beach is well worth it once you get there.
