Gunning is the centre of "The Shire of Small Villages". It is an old transport and wool growing centre offering heritage experiences with a peaceful, friendly rural atmosphere. Located 1km from the Hume Highway just over 2 hours from Sydney and 45 minutes north of Canberra.

  • Once part of the busy Hume Hwy, it has now been bypassed, making it a sleep yet attractive town.
